1. About Spotvoy

Spotvoy is a travel search and booking platform. We help you find flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities. In-app bookings are fulfilled through third-party suppliers.

2. Use of the service

By using Spotvoy you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

3. Accuracy of information

Spotvoy uses AI to search and summarize travel options. Prices, availability, and schedules are sourced from third-party providers and may change. Always verify final pricing on the partner's booking page before completing a purchase.

4. In-app booking, service fee, and cancellations

When you book on Spotvoy, we act as your agent with travel suppliers. Checkout displays supplier prices plus a disclosed Spotvoy service fee (currently 5.0% of the supplier subtotal). You authorize a single charge for the total shown before payment.

Cancellation windows. Spotvoy does not apply one universal cancel-by date. Whether you may cancel, until when, and how much is refunded are set by the airline, hotel, or activity operator for the fare or rate you selected (for example, refundable vs non-refundable flights, or a hotel’s free-cancellation deadline). If online cancellation is offered, we will show a supplier refund quote; you must confirm that quote before it expires (typically within about 30 minutes) or request a new quote. Expired quotes are not binding.

If one leg of a multi-item trip fails to confirm after payment, we mark the order as partially confirmed and contact you to complete, rebook, or refund the affected items. Confirmed cancellations: your card refund is proportional to the supplier refund; the Spotvoy service fee is refunded in the same proportion on full supplier refunds. Airline travel credits are issued per supplier policy and may not result in a card refund.

5. Affiliate links

Spotvoy may earn a commission when you book through partner links displayed on the site. This never affects which flights or options we recommend — our rankings are based solely on price, duration, and value for the traveler.

6. Account and data

Signing in allows Spotvoy to save your search history and preferences. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of liability

Spotvoy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information displayed.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spotvoy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
